The challenge
Hagen Group is the world’s largest pet supplies company, with brands present across the globe. Its Spanish subsidiary needed to consolidate its presence in southern Europe by establishing itself in Portugal, Andorra and Italy, with the same solidity with which it operates across the rest of the world.
How we did it
- We helped them establish themselves in Portugal, Andorra and Italy, handling the incorporation of each new entity.
- We coordinated local banking and taxation across the three jurisdictions with a single Spanish-speaking advisor.
- We took on the paperwork from start to finish, without the group having to divert resources from its operations.
- We kept the taxation and accounting of each country under control from day one.
The result
Thanks to its new structure, Hagen Group’s Spanish subsidiary multiplied its annual sales by 7. Today the group operates smoothly in Portugal, Andorra and Italy, with taxation and accounting resolved in all three countries.
