Process to open your company in Dubái
From the partners' NIF to the bank account and tax registration. We explain each step and manage it all for you.
The 6 steps for your Free Zone / Mainland
Choice of jurisdiction
We choose between a Free Zone (for most international businesses, full control and 0% personal income tax) or Mainland (to operate directly in the Emirati market).
Name reservation and licence
We reserve the name and process the commercial licence from the free zone authority (e.g. DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ) corresponding to your activity.
Documentation and shareholders
We prepare the documentation of the shareholders and of the local director where applicable (structure according to jurisdiction).
Free zone approval
The authority approves the incorporation the same day or within days, depending on the zone and the activity.
Corporate bank account
We open the corporate bank account in Dubai to operate and receive international payments.
